Facilities Manager / Security Specialist

Location: El Segundo, California, USA; onsite support for U.S. Space Force organizations

Salary: USD 170,000–210,000 yearly

What you will do

• Manage secure mission facilities, including TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments, facility space, maintenance, relocations, and modernization.
• Lead security accreditation, co-use approvals, inspections, corrective actions, documentation, and continuing compliance.
• Support acquisition, planning, design, construction, renovation, retrofitting, and sustainment of secure infrastructure.
• Oversee high-availability networks, IT systems, secure communications, hardware and software lifecycle requirements.
• Coordinate Government, contractor, security, facilities, IT, installation leadership, and mission stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings, recommendations, plans, agreements, schedules, and status reports.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) required.
• Bachelor’s degree, or one year of college plus more than five years of executive administrative experience.
• At least 20 years of relevant Government and/or industry experience, including at least six years supporting Department of Defense organizations.
• Extensive experience managing accredited SCIFs and SAPFs, facility security accreditation, co-use approvals, and secure infrastructure.
• Experience with acquisition management, ICD 705, facility construction and modification, high-availability systems, secure communications, and HTSAs.
• Strong communication, analytical, project leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills in classified and highly regulated environments.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with NRO, NSA, or NGA organizations.
