Facilities Manager

Location: On-site in Lacey, Washington at the Washington Branch, 3131 Hogum Bay Road NE. All positions are on-site.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and develop maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial teams.
• Partner with corporate and branch leadership on facilities policies, procedures, long-term planning, and team development.
• Plan and oversee budgets, capital expenses, and facilities projects.
• Inspect buildings, sites, and equipment and address maintenance needs.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee contracted services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience; 5+ years of facilities experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data centers, landscaping, and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend projects and on-call emergency response.
• Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required; the role is safety sensitive.
