Director, US Commercial Forecasting & Analytics (Biopharma)

Location: Remote/Home-Based, Philadelphia, PA; US-based candidates only

Base pay: $188,000–$282,000 annually, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead commercial forecasting processes, including quarterly estimates and annual long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain forecast and P&L models for marketed indications and brands related to narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, and royalties.
• Build scenarios, assess value drivers, risks, uncertainties, and trade-offs, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, market access, patient services, commercial operations, data science, finance, insights, and new product planning functions.
• Develop strategic analytics, market research, consulting projects, and visual materials that support business decisions.
• Maintain the oxybate factbook and lead SOX and audit processes related to financial reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial forecasting, insights and analytics, financial planning, or management consulting focused on biopharma.
• Direct experience with market, disease-area, and product forecasting, including scenarios, forecasts, tornado charts, waterfalls, value drivers, risks, and P&L analysis.
• Proficiency in building Excel-based forecast models, P&Ls, and ad hoc analyses.
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams, managing multiple stakeholders, and operating effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate analyses and recommendations to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
