Market Access and Analytics Associate Director (Biopharma)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid work up to two days remotely per week or on-site five days per week.

Salary: $168,000–$252,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead sophisticated market access analyses, financial models, forecasts, and insights for approved and potential future indications.
• Partner with the GTN team to integrate net revenue projections, assumptions, and brand learnings into current and future planning.
• Develop GPO performance measurement processes, monthly reports, dashboards, and analyses of contracting effectiveness.
• Manage ad hoc analytical requests and synthesize trends, forecasts, pricing scenarios, payer mix, and policy impacts for senior and executive management.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Strategy, Finance, HEOR, Government Pricing, and Trade to align assumptions and analytical deliverables.
• In-source vendor tools and responsibilities when needed while maintaining business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Finance; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• 8 years of progressive experience in market access, forecasting, or finance, with significant exposure to pharma or biopharma financial and managed markets data.
• Experience developing commercial forecasts, GTN models, and pricing and contracting break-even analyses.
• Strong knowledge of US access, pricing, reimbursement, health systems, payer channels, PBM contracting, and value-driven pricing strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in complex Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentations, with experience analyzing large prescription and claims datasets using SQL or a similar statistical analysis language.
• Ability to work independently, communicate complex findings clearly, and collaborate effectively in a complex, ambiguous, and highly matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python and AI analytical tools.
• Familiarity with syndicated market access databases such as IQVIA and MMIT, and financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or SAP.
