Business Performance Improvement - Supply Chain & Operations - Sourcing & Procurement Senior Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid work combining local office and client-site presence with remote work; travel to local or out-of-state client locations may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $139,000–$222,000 per year, with a 14% bonus target and estimated total cash of $158,460–$253,080.

What you will do

• Lead supply chain and operations consulting engagements for clients across multiple industries.
• Develop strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier-management, and business transformation strategies.
• Design and implement digital supply chain solutions and technologies supporting contract lifecycle management, source-to-pay, and third-party risk management.
• Oversee project work plans, delivery quality, client relationships, proposals, and business development activities.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop engagement teams, including performance reviews and work oversight.
• Translate complex topics, data, and recommendations for client personnel and senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier management, accounts payable, and financial modeling.
• Experience with process improvement, business transformation, project management, Lean, Agile, or change management methodologies.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance appraisals, and team coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio, Access, Tableau, or Power BI is expected.

Nice to have

• CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or similar certification.
