Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Leader (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid across Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, New York, the San Francisco Bay Area, South Florida, Southern California, or Washington, D.C.

Salary: $175,000–$260,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex revenue cycle management engagements from diagnostic assessment through implementation and sustained performance improvement.
• Assess revenue cycle environments, identify performance gaps, quantify financial opportunities, and establish executable improvement priorities.
• Drive transformation across patient access, authorization, documentation, coding, charge capture, billing, payments, accounts receivable, denials, reimbursement, and patient financial services.
• Help clients improve cash conversion, working capital, revenue realization, cost to collect, productivity, margin, liquidity, and EBITDA.
• Advise healthcare executives on operating models, shared services, vendors, outsourcing, technology, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, develop client relationships, support business development, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Significant progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle and financial operations, including leadership within a healthcare provider organization.
• Deep end-to-end knowledge of professional and facility revenue cycles.
• Consulting or advisory experience translating industry expertise into actionable client solutions.
• Demonstrated success transforming underperforming revenue cycle operations and delivering measurable financial improvements.
• Experience with health systems, hospitals, physician enterprises, ambulatory platforms, or other scaled healthcare delivery organizations.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to advise senior stakeholders in complex RCM environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with private equity-backed or multisite healthcare organizations, M&A integration, distressed or rapidly scaling environments, major EHR and practice-management platforms, outsourced RCM models, or technology-enabled transformation.
