Financial Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Must be based in Nashville, Tennessee, and able to work from the office one day per week. Hybrid role.

What you will do

• Build provider pitch decks, financial cases, business cases, and financial models for network growth, enterprise opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Evaluate provider deals and strategic opportunities across revenue, contribution margin, costs, and profitability.
• Rebuild and optimize the provider performance model, including pricing and incentive structures that support sales conversion.
• Build market-level P&Ls and support payment models for providers, support staff, and administrative teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, scenario analysis, month-end close, corporate P&L reporting, and variance analysis.
• Own recurring financial and operating KPI reporting while driving automation with Claude and other AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with working knowledge of accrual accounting.
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking, including at least one year in healthcare.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling PowerPoint narratives.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to build, refine, or stress-test financial models and reporting workflows.
• Must be based in Nashville, Tennessee, and work from the office one day per week.
