Finance Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Toronto Office, 483 Bay Street, Toronto; moving to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga, approximately late 2026. Current work authorization for Canada is required. Flexible hybrid working arrangement with remote, hybrid, and in-office options.

Total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target performance bonus: $105,000–$140,000 CAD, based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead complex financial and economic analysis for strategic business decisions and present recommendations to senior management.
• Develop pricing, competitive, market, and industry analysis for emerging business opportunities.
• Build and manage reporting systems, tools, integrations, reports, analytics, scorecards, and key performance indicators.
• Support business planning, expense management, financial stewardship, and ad hoc strategic projects.
• Provide finance support for managed accounts, platform initiatives, data strategy, and finance strategy and operations.
• Build effective relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and colleagues across the organization.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
• University degree with a business focus, such as accounting, economics, or commerce, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role within a finance department.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling, valuation, reporting, strategic business planning, budgeting, or performance measurement.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, analytical skills, communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience creating executive-level materials in Microsoft PowerPoint and influencing senior management.

Nice to have

• Wealth management or financial services industry experience.
• Completion of or progress toward a CPA, CFA, or MBA.
