Sr. Product Costing Analyst (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Remote, Texas, United States. What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve product cost models, standard costing methodologies, and variance analyses.
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, manufacturing process costs, margins, cost drivers, and business risks.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on new product introductions.
• Build business cases, cost estimates, ROI analyses, and investment justifications for products and manufacturing initiatives.
• Evaluate production processes, routings, yields, cycle times, utilization, throughput, scrap, labor efficiency, and capacity constraints.
• Lead cross-functional cost reduction, profitability improvement, capital investment, automation, and manufacturing optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years with a Master's degree; 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
• Product costing experience in the semiconductor industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor test, probe card manufacturing, wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, MEMS, or related semiconductor manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Experience with stage-gate product development, manufacturing routing development and maintenance, and project management.
• Experience with ERP, business intelligence, Power BI, SQL, Oracle, or related analytics tools.
• Strong financial analysis, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
