Pricing Analyst II

Location: Chantilly, Virginia; must be local to the work location. Flexible for occasional telework.

Projected annual compensation range: $58,203.40–$101,204.42.

What you will do

• Determine labor, material, overhead, subcontractor, and raw material costs for contractual efforts.
• Analyze RFP specifications, pricing schedules, and historical data to calculate production costs.
• Collect cost information from functional representatives, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Create cost models and maintain historical cost data and cost reports.
• Present pricing findings and guidance to management, proposal and capture teams, customers, auditors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Facilitate pricing reviews and support pricing strategies aligned with disclosure statements.

Requirements

• BS with 2–4 years of experience, MS with 0–2 years, or HS with 8–10 years.
• Experience pricing Federal government procurement.
• Strong MS Excel and financial modeling skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to project future revenue, generate budgets, learn new systems, and solve moderately complex problems.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and contract types including Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ, and Time and Materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under fast-paced proposal deadlines.
