APTM Central Senior Finance Analyst

Location: Hybrid work model in the United States, with on-site work at an assigned hirify.global site and off-site work. Primary location: Phoenix, Arizona. Additional locations: Folsom and Santa Clara, California; Hillsboro, Oregon.

Annual salary: $116,160–$195,980 USD.

What you will do

• Lead ad hoc financial analyses, executive reviews, business updates, and responses to material business issues.
• Consolidate financial results and explain risks, opportunities, spending, headcount, and operational performance drivers.
• Partner with factory finance, strategic planning, portfolio, and operations teams on investment decisions and business execution.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses for investments, cost reduction initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Develop dashboards, performance scorecards, KPI reporting, and AI-enabled reporting automation.
• Support ERP transformation, financial governance, internal controls, audits, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of finance experience with financial modeling, strategic analysis, and decision support.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including nested formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with Power BI or other business hirify.globalligence and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as SAP, BPC, or PBS.
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of cost modeling, savings methodologies, and inventory management.
• Experience with process optimization, automation, and problem-solving in a technical environment.
