Collections Specialist

Location: Onsite travel to the headquarters in Atlanta, GA, United States is required.

What you will do

• Manage proactive day-to-day collections for an assigned segment of B2B customer accounts.
• Run phone and email outreach cadences, record customer contacts, and maintain accurate account coverage.
• Track promises to pay, follow up on commitments, and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Partner with AR and Cash Operations on disputes, short-pays, and reconciliation questions.
• Use NetSuite and collections automation tools to manage queues, aging, and account ownership.
• Escalate credit-limit reviews and third-party collections while contributing to DSO, contact coverage, and dispute-resolution metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit.
• Experience managing a large book of accounts and prioritizing proactive outreach.
• Clear, confident, and professional customer communication skills.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Process-oriented approach with strong documentation and problem-solving habits.
• Ability to travel to the headquarters in Atlanta, GA when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with dispute or deduction management in wholesale, distribution, or logistics.
• Exposure to credit-risk tools such as D&B or AI-assisted collections platforms.
