Accounts Receivable Specialist II (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in Irvine, California, United States

Salary: $28–$32 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Collect outstanding invoices across assigned customer and distributor accounts.
• Prioritize collections based on amount owed, aging, and credit risk to reduce past-due balances and maximize cash collections.
• Identify customer deductions related to rebates, discounts, and tracing, then process approved credit memos.
• Maintain account documentation, collection notes, status codes, and invoice activity in HighRadius.
• Request corrected invoices or credit memos to resolve pricing, tax, freight, discount, and miscellaneous billing errors.

Requirements

• At least two years of collections or related experience with trade and distributor accounts, or four years of accounts receivable experience in an accounting function.
• At least two years of experience with a large ERP system such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or NetSuite.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work on-site in Irvine, California.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least two years of collections experience with trade or distributor customers in the medical device industry.
