Medical Science Liaison - Oncology (AI)

Location: Remote field position, preferably based in Ontario, Canada; domestic travel required up to 75% of the time.

Salary: CAD 127,000–177,000 annually, including target bonus.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with current and future oncology thought leaders.
• Present evidence-based clinical and scientific data to physicians, nurses, patient support groups, and other healthcare audiences.
• Develop medical education materials, advisory board content, publication plans, training programs, and scientific presentations.
• Identify research opportunities, support clinical trial site identification and recruitment, and facilitate investigator-initiated study proposals.
• Connect academic centers, external thought leaders, and internal medical affairs partners to support education and research collaboration.
• Provide therapeutic-area support, including responses to unsolicited off-label information requests and evaluation of educational and research grants.

Requirements

• Accredited university degree such as MSc, PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• At least 1 year of experience in an MSL function.
• Clinical experience in oncology, preferably hematology.
• Experience building relationships with thought leaders, pharmacists, nurses, and patient support groups.
• Strong written and spoken English, scientific and business acumen, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and critical scientific appraisal skills.
• Ability to work in a remote field role preferably based in Ontario, Canada, with up to 75% primarily domestic travel.
