Clinical Liaison - Baltimore/Capital Territory

Location: Remote within the United States, supporting the Baltimore/Capital Territory geography; 25–30% field travel within the assigned geography is required.

Base salary: $84,000–$105,000 USD annually, plus potential incentive compensation and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Support patient management for hirify.global transplant offerings, with a primary focus on laboratory tests.
• Educate transplant center staff and help integrate hirify.global services into clinical workflows.
• Coordinate between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Resolve customer requests involving order entry, results, reporting, and reimbursement.
• Coordinate patient blood draw logistics, compliant orders, sample processing, and customer inquiries.
• Identify ordering process improvements, support operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, and hirify.global procedures.

Requirements

• RN degree required.
• Five or more years of transplant experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 25–30% within the assigned geography.
• Proficiency with reporting and data analytics tools such as Excel and Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and build effective cross-functional partnerships.

• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) certification.
