What you will do

• Manage complex facility design projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Act as the primary design liaison for clients, managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction.
• Lead architects, engineers, consultants, and external partners in delivering integrated solutions on schedule and within budget.
• Define project scope and design budgets while monitoring financial and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1 requirements.
• Promote sustainable design and advanced methods including CFD modeling, energy-efficient systems, and modular construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design project management, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech facility design.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, cleanroom design, and regulated project environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Navisworks, and project management platforms.

Nice to have

• PMP or a similar project management certification.
• Familiarity with progressive contracting and integrated project delivery models.
