Planner (CRW)

Location: US; primarily site-based or hybrid in North America with regular presence on active project sites, approximately 50% or more

Salary: $120,000–$200,000 USD base salary per year, with possible bonus, equity, and commission eligibility

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain 2-, 3-, and 6-week look-ahead schedules with site teams and contractors.
• Collect, validate, and record field progress, including walkdowns, installed quantities, and milestone completion.
• Support schedule updates, activity detail, logic checks, and coding in Primavera P6.
• Track constraints involving permits, materials, equipment deliveries, access, and design information.
• Coordinate with contractors and trades, record actions, and follow up on commitments.
• Plan and track commissioning, system turnovers, punch list close-out, progress reporting, and project documentation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of planning or scheduling experience on construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling principles.
• Comfort working on active construction sites and engaging directly with contractors and trades.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and a degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in the US and maintain regular active-site presence; compliance with safety programs and PPE requirements is required.

Nice to have

• Data center, power, or MEP construction experience.
• Exposure to the Last Planner System or lean construction methods.
• Familiarity with commissioning and system turnover processes.
• Microsoft Project, Procore or similar construction management platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Interest in progressing toward a senior scheduling or project controls role.
