Senior Director, Business Development (Health)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop account growth strategies and qualified opportunity pipelines for federal health agencies.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities from qualification through capture and award.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers at HHS, Veterans Affairs, and the Defense Health Agency.
• Collaborate on proposals, technical and business strategies, color-team reviews, oral presentations, and customer demonstrations.
• Analyze federal market trends, procurement activity, agency priorities, and competitor activity.
• Develop partnerships with prime contractors, subcontractors, and technology providers, including negotiating teaming agreements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business development experience in the federal sector, focused on HHS.
• Proven success identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
• Ability to work on-site in Vienna, Virginia.
