Senior Program Manager, Trucking

Location: San Francisco, CA / Remote US & Canada. Workplace: Hybrid.

What you will do

• Build and own the integrated trucking commercialization roadmap covering customer commitments, OEM truck supply, autonomy and ODD readiness, lane and site activation, Mission Control, operations readiness, and Account Management launches.
• Track the critical path, dependencies, risks, timeline slips, and decisions required to maintain an accurate commercialization plan.
• Lead cross-functional company milestones across technical, operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Run the weekly cross-functional Truck Program operating cadence and establish repeatable decision frameworks.
• Produce executive-ready updates and program artifacts based on clear facts, assumptions, risks, and recovery options.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or product leadership within complex technical and operational environments.
• Experience integrating programs across teams without direct authority in environments involving hardware, software, safety, and operations.
• Technical fluency sufficient to assess autonomy or hardware milestone slips and the credibility of recovery plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical, operational, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Ability to set direction and remain accountable for outcomes without direct reports.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous trucking, freight, or autonomous vehicle commercialization.
• Experience taking a physical product from pilot to commercial deployment with real readiness gates and launch dates.
• Experience with safety or systems-engineering go/no-go decisions.
• Experience managing OEM or supplier delivery schedules as part of a commercial plan.
• Zero-to-one program experience at an early-stage or scaling company.
