Salary: $101,000–$154,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the BADGER RF Mission Systems program from planning and production through delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Finance, Procurement, Contracts, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, production metrics, KPIs, risks, costs, deliverables, and corrective actions.
• Manage RF Mission Systems contracts, modifications, compliance, procurement, and scope control.
• Support product transition from design to manufacturing and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM or program management discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience managing technical programs with budgets of $20M or greater.
• Experience with production planning, schedule and financial reporting, and technical briefings.
• Knowledge of DoD contracting and acquisition processes; aerospace or U.S. Department of Defense experience is expected.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret SCI clearance.
• Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements; U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in engineering or program management.
• 10 or more years managing technical programs with budgets of $100M or greater.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, Unanet ERP, satellite ground systems, phased array systems, or defense contracts.
• Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance.
