Salary: $152,000–$228,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop a strategic growth roadmap for the Tooling and Factory Automation organization with leadership.
• Build team infrastructure, including frameworks, digital productivity tools, and physical resources.
• Coordinate people, scope, timelines, communications, and stakeholder interactions across matrixed teams.
• Contribute to tooling, manufacturing, and strategic technology initiatives through direct design engagement.
• Establish and track metrics measuring team impact and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field; mechanical, aerospace, or electrical engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing multiple customers across matrix organizations and building sustainable processes.
• Experience manufacturing complex parts and assemblies.
• Ability to solve challenging technical problems and develop robust, scalable solutions.
• Role based in Long Beach, California, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and integrating tooling and automated manufacturing equipment.
• High-volume manufacturing experience.
