Focus on developing acquisition strategies and reports, managing program risks and schedules, supporting source selections, and preparing executive-level briefings for high-visibility programs.
Location: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, Massachusetts, United States. US citizenship and the ability to maintain a Top Secret clearance are required.
Salary: $130,000–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications.

What you will do
- Support Government Program Managers and Integrated Product Team Leads across the acquisition lifecycle.
- Plan, research, analyze, and assess acquisition projects against cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Develop and review acquisition strategies, program baselines, lifecycle sustainment plans, risk management plans, milestone briefings, and related documentation.
- Prepare acquisition reports, status reports, schedules, graphics, and executive-level briefings.
- Support source selection activities, including evaluation criteria, RFPs, CDRLs, SOWs, and source selection documentation.
- Coordinate contractor deliverables, program integration, funding documentation, stakeholder interfaces, operational planning, and process improvements.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to maintain it, is required.
- At least 8 years of directly related experience, including 5 years in a Department of Defense setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant professional discipline.
- Experience with DoDI 5000 Series acquisition processes, FAR, Air Force guidance, and acquisition reporting.
- Leadership, analytical, communication, mentoring, briefing, and collaboration skills for work with Government and contractor personnel.
