Revenue Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote from Costa Rica

Salary: $75,000–$83,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards covering revenue performance, quotas, commissions, and operational metrics.
• Support sales compensation processes, including payout validation, commission reconciliation, quota management, attainment reporting, forecasting, and incentive administration.
• Investigate compensation, quota, reporting, and data discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Business Systems, and Enablement to define requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve bookings and help Sales and Customer Success achieve revenue objectives.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Experience optimizing workflows with Artificial Intelligence and using AI-powered tools for analysis, documentation, process improvement, or automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including large datasets, formulas, lookups, and data validation.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with Tableau or another business intelligence tool.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate actionable findings.
• Strong organization, prioritization, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using SQL and Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
• Experience supporting sales compensation, quota management, forecasting, or sales performance reporting.
• Healthcare or SaaS experience.
