Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid position requiring three days in office per week at a U.S. hub location: Philadelphia, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Denver, CO. Relocation assistance is not provided. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions and perform application configuration and data-processing activities.
• Create process flows, business procedures, and system documentation.
• Support application incidents, issue resolution, testing, enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze data quality, reporting, and process issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, infrastructure, security, and business teams while supporting audits, access reviews, compliance, and application governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, preferably in IT or a business discipline.
• 2–4 years of business analysis experience; industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, documentation, data analysis, reporting, application support, and testing.
• Ability to manage stakeholder and vendor relationships and work across business and technology teams.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Availability to work in a hybrid office environment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of risk, finance, sustainability, or regulatory reporting processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Azure, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Occasional travel of less than 10%.
