BI Analyst (Healthcare)

Salary: $89,174.00–$142,679.00 annually

What you will do

• Design and develop user-friendly visualizations, dashboards, reports, and analytic content for business partners.
• Collaborate with business areas through interactive user design sessions and rapid solution prototyping.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
• Produce prioritized D-SNP care gap chase lists and provider performance projections to support proactive quality interventions.
• Conduct Medicare Advantage Stars analytic deep dives and integrate D-SNP care gap data into Blue Premier ACO reporting.
• Establish D-SNP quality performance monitoring and provide analytics for the Quality Incentive Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with business intelligence, business data analytics, data warehousing, and statistical models.
• Knowledge of SQL, cloud applications, communication, consulting, and problem-solving.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare analytics.
• Experience administering analytic tool server environments such as Tableau.
