Business Insights Senior Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Johnston, Rhode Island; Westwood, Massachusetts; or Boston, Massachusetts

Salary: $93,000–$120,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.

hirify.global operates a Commercial Banking business with Treasury Solutions revenue management and analytics functions.

What you will do

• Develop data-driven reporting, forecasts, dashboards, and recommendations for Product and Relationship Manager performance and tactical pricing strategies.
• Maintain and design self-service Tableau dashboards and lead Salesforce and Tableau user experience for approximately 150 Treasury Solutions users.
• Use Excel, Tableau, and related analytics tools to create visualizations, ad-hoc reports, and analyses for Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• Partner with developers, data scientists, business leaders, and technical teams to prioritize upgrades, create requirements, and deliver data models and solutions through Salesforce.
• Model annual sales goals across five product suites and identify trends, optimization opportunities, and business insights from complex data sets.
• Test and validate report data, resolve or explain data quality issues, and create training videos for platform users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration, or a quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an analytical role.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, MS Office, and other analytics tools and languages.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and business recommendation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, collaborate across departments, and adapt to a changing environment.
• Experience managing client relationships and analyzing market research and client behavior.
