Accounts Receivable Manager - Mid Atlantic - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

Location: United States Work at Home; support for the Mid-Atlantic region and East Coast hours. Some travel and occasional face-to-face meetings may be required.

Salary: $66,600–$111,000 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage accounts receivable activity for an assigned provider book of business.
• Collaborate with account management and matrix partners to identify, resolve, and prevent accounts receivable issues.
• Monitor claims results, performance guarantees, late-payment interest, service levels, and issue trends.
• Meet with healthcare providers to explain results, resolve issues, and develop corrective action plans.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend changes that improve claims accuracy and provider service.
• Support strategic planning, service experience reviews, contract setup reviews, and market intelligence activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits and claims administration.
• 3+ years of relationship management and project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Cigna claims systems, including Proclaim, PMHS, and Facets, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to interpret data results.
• Experience with provider contracting or loading, root cause analysis, negotiation, facilitation, and problem resolution.
