Deputy Program Manager (Databricks)

What you will do

• Lead implementation and ongoing operations of the PIVOT Solution on Databricks.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and translate needs into program goals and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction using Databricks, JIRA, Confluence, conversational AI, automated quality assurance, and real-time dashboards.
• Monitor SLAs, scorecards, performance metrics, and service-delivery benchmarks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, transition planning, milestones, timelines, and program readiness.
• Develop and refine a scalable strategic roadmap aligned with operational and long-term business goals.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
• Must reside in and be able to work in the United States.
• Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of project or program management or operations experience, preferably in a business operations service center.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, decision-making, team leadership, and continuous improvement skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• Experience with CXone, ServiceNow, Databricks, JIRA, and Confluence.
