Sr. Strategic Initiatives Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead strategic Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market programs from planning through execution.
• Partner with executive leaders to define goals, align priorities, and deliver measurable business value.
• Develop program plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
• Facilitate executive governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, escalations, and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, adoption strategies, process enablement, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or GTM consulting.
• 4+ years of direct experience in change management or organizational transformation within GTM.
• Ability to manage complex programs while balancing tactical execution and long-term planning.
• Strong strategic, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience with AI tools such as Glean or Claude and business intelligence solutions such as Power BI or SQL.

• Experience influencing senior leaders and C-suite executives in matrixed organizations.
