Chairman Programs Lead

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD

What you will do

• Translate strategic goals into structured workstreams with clear owners, interfaces, and timelines.
• Own complex initiatives from kickoff through measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across organizational levels and functions without relying on positional authority.
• Build operating playbooks and coordination systems where no established process exists.
• Manage initiatives involving internal teams, vendors, regulators, and strategic partners.
• Identify high-priority programs and improve execution, operational efficiency, and business leverage.

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, in technology business operations, or in an internal strategy or Chief of Staff role.
• Experience driving complex, multi-organization initiatives through completion.
• Structured thinking, precise writing, and the ability to synthesize insights.
• Ability to lead through clarity, trust, quality, and execution speed rather than positional authority.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and working directly with senior decision-makers.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.
