Lead, Interoperability Intelligence & Insights

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Interoperability Intelligence & Insights strategy and roadmap.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and execution across analytics, reporting, and operational initiatives.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics capabilities, reporting products, and insight solutions.
• Develop business cases, roadmap recommendations, success measures, and executive-level analyses.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, analytics, data, product, and technology teams.
• Drive the shift from custom reporting to reusable, self-service insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, product management, analytics, business transformation, program management, portfolio management, or a related field.
• Experience developing roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, operating models, governance structures, or strategic planning processes.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and translating business objectives into delivery plans and success measures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• MBA, MPH, MHA, or a related advanced degree.
• Healthcare, payer, provider, interoperability, population health, or health technology experience.
• Experience with analytics product management, BI strategy, reporting governance, portfolio management, or Lean Portfolio Management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, MVP definition, and roadmap planning.
• Experience with Databricks, Azure SQL, healthcare quality, Stars, risk adjustment, or clinical data ecosystems.
