Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching

Location: Remote, USA

Base salary: $161,920–$202,400 for Zone 1; $154,880–$193,600 for Zone 2; $140,800–$176,000 for Zone 3, plus an annual cash bonus.

What you will do

• Lead Health Coaching strategy, business planning, and the strategic program roadmap.
• Translate priorities into operating plans, governance structures, milestones, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive programs and continuous-improvement or workflow-implementation initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Partner with Care Delivery, Clinical, Strategic Finance, Legal, HR, Engineering, Product, and Design stakeholders.
• Use performance metrics and data analysis to identify opportunities, evaluate processes, and improve coach and member outcomes.
• Facilitate decision-making, change management, risk mitigation, training materials, knowledge bases, SOPs, business cases, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership, organization, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate through ambiguity, influence change independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote role.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or CSM certification.
• Healthcare-related certification or license, including health coaching, nutrition/dietetics, exercise science, physical therapy, or practice management.
• Lean or Kaizen certification.
