Project Manager

What you will do

• Define program strategies and organize cross-functional roadmaps covering related projects and activities.
• Assemble project teams and lead Project Managers and program contributors in developing comprehensive plans.
• Partner with executive sponsors, business owners, and management to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor and report on program scope, schedule, budget, risks, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop customer relationships and present project status throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply and improve project management methodologies, lifecycle practices, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely from Pennsylvania, United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management or project leadership.
• Knowledge of health insurance industry business and operations is preferred.
• Experience with an industry-standard software development lifecycle is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and team-building skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent training.
• Customer relationship management experience.
