Director, Health System Quality Initiatives (Healthcare Quality Improvement)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed location: Los Angeles, California, United States. Travel up to 10–15% required.

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 annually, plus up to 6% performance incentive.

What you will do

• Lead execution of a multi-year, funded health system quality improvement initiative and track progress against commitments and outcomes.
• Develop, disseminate, and adapt clinical and implementation resources for health systems, clinicians, field teams, and underserved populations.
• Coordinate expert advisory councils, including agendas, briefing materials, meeting content, and follow-up actions.
• Own content and program requirements for the health system recognition framework and prepare specifications for ALZPro release planning.
• Report program progress to funders and represent the initiative in internal and external forums.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Foundation and Corporate Giving, Health Systems, Digital Strategy, and Integrated Marketing and Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, health communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in content development, program development, or healthcare quality improvement.
• Experience developing resources for health systems or clinical and professional audiences.
• Experience managing multi-year funded initiatives, funder reporting, advisory councils, and multiple concurrent deliverables.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific content into practical tools for health systems and clinicians.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10–15% of the time.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a clinical, public health, or health sciences field.
• Experience with quality improvement, health system recognition, or accreditation-style initiatives.
