Program Management Advisor (AI)

Location: Hybrid position preferred in Memphis, TN; candidates in Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA are also considered. Candidates within 50 miles of a hirify.global campus must work onsite several times per week.

Salary: Memphis: $7,488.36–$9,922.07 monthly; Plano and Pittsburgh: $7,882.48–$10,444.28 monthly.

What you will do

• Partner with eight senior leadership teams on workforce strategy across a global footprint of more than 15,000 FTEs.
• Define organizational workforce plans and align them with enterprise capacity-to-demand targets, footprint rebalancing, and approved funding models.
• Reconcile funded positions, onboard positions, vacancies, and attrition at each senior leadership level.
• Manage the handoff of workforce plans into approval and execution pipelines.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, software deliverables, and testing needs.
• Lead major project efforts and prepare project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least five years of exempt experience in project or program management, product development, systems design and development, or business and financial planning and analysis.
• Strong analytical ability to build workforce models, reconcile funded and onboard positions, analyze vacancies and attrition, and perform scenario modeling.
• Working proficiency with AI tooling and structured prompting is required.
• Ability to translate analytical outputs into executive decisions and packages suitable for Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition review.
• Experience with project management and planning software.
