(USA) Senior Manager, Program Management (AI)

Location: Sam's Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$155,000, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation

What you will do

• Lead high-impact People and business initiatives from prioritization through implementation.
• Translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions across organizational design, talent, change management, and workforce planning.
• Develop governance routines, execution plans, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and execution.
• Identify process gaps, simplify ways of working, and implement continuous improvements.
• Evaluate program health, manage risks and dependencies, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• At least 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area.
• Ability to work with data, AI, dashboards, ambiguity, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or related financial process.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Project Management Certification.
