hirify.global is a financial services organization hiring for Salesforce development within its vendor and technology finance team.

What you will do

• Build, unit test, and maintain components across multiple Salesforce platforms.
• Resolve code and configuration defects with development and QA teams.
• Lead development teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
• Lead proof-of-concepts with architects for new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices.
• Enhance DevOps processes, including pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and third-party vendor solutions through prototypes and proof-of-concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of progressively responsible technical and business experience developing enterprise applications, including full-stack Salesforce development.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Scrum team environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model across multiple clouds and products, plus strong data modeling experience.
• Expertise in Git branching and code-merging practices or an equivalent repository.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience evaluating, deploying, and upgrading Salesforce managed packages.
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Experience with MuleSoft or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Google Cloud knowledge.
