Supply Chain Project Manager (B3)

Location: Austin, TX; onsite at the Austin office, not remote or hybrid. Travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year, plus benefits and possible bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Manage multiple supply chain continuity projects from intake and scoping through execution and closure.
• Lead supplier transitions, including site moves, dual-sourcing, supplier exits, integration activities, part lists, qualification, and audits.
• Administer supplier change notifications and support the Supplier Notification Form process by reviewing submissions, routing approvals, and following up on aging tasks.
• Plan and track material movements between suppliers, Applied sites, and qualification locations.
• Coordinate Global Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Business Units, and suppliers through working meetings, decisions, commitments, and status reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, data quality, project documentation, reporting, templates, playbooks, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, project management, or analytics within a matrixed or global organization.
• Strong supply chain, procurement or sourcing experience and experience delivering projects through cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, and PowerPoint presentation design.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with supplier changes, transitions, or part qualification is advantageous but not required.

• Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma.
