Supply Chain Manager for Recent and Upcoming Grads (Warehouse Automation)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available, and US work authorization is required.

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Improve warehouse flow and end-to-end supply chain performance by identifying and eliminating losses and inefficiencies.
• Deliver and launch new equipment, automation initiatives, and supply chain projects.
• Control inventory, scheduling, production capacity, material supply, and customer order shipping through warehouse systems and processes.
• Design digital tools and standards that simplify work and support performance targets.
• Work with robotics, self-guided vehicles, automated storage and retrieval systems, and automated picking solutions.
• Forecast demand, enable new product launches, ensure freight capacity, and partner with retail customers to maintain product availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field with relevant experience.
• Strong strategic, visionary, and courageous leadership skills.
• Strong innovation, creativity, critical thinking, and business process problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
