Project Manager (Software Implementation)

Location: United States — Lake Oswego, Oregon; Westminster, Colorado; Alpharetta, Georgia; Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $91,100–$125,200 per year.

What you will do

• Lead software implementation projects for major customer accounts from initiation through completion.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze client business requirements and design implementation methodologies with consultants.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across matrixed teams and critical milestones.
• Build consultative client relationships and guide stakeholders through change management and operational data flows.
• Manage project risks and forecasting for multi-organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile.
• Experience driving multiple complex projects simultaneously and managing remote, matrixed teams.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Ability to work from the listed United States locations and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing ERP software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and workflows.
• Experience in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or PSA software.
