SE Technology Consulting Manager (ERP)

Location: United States; principally in-person with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team. Travel is required for client and business development activities.

Salary: $114,000–$145,000 per year in CO, IL, OH, and MA.

What you will do

• Lead multiple ERP advisory, implementation oversight, IV&V, project management, and post-production optimization engagements.
• Advise client executives and stakeholders while facilitating steering committees, governance meetings, and workshops.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality objectives, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Build client relationships, support account growth, and contribute to proposals, presentations, conferences, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Coach consultants and senior consultants and support recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Support resource planning, engagement staffing, financial performance, utilization, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of consulting, public sector, ERP, project management, technology transformation, or related experience.
• Experience leading large, complex projects, client relationships, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with state and local governments, utilities, K–12 school districts, or higher education institutions is preferred.
• ERP modernization experience with platforms such as Oracle, Workday, Tyler Technologies, or SAP is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Willingness to travel is required.
