Production Quality Admin (Nuclear Energy)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; onsite production-floor role.

Salary: $60,000–$88,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Work alongside production quality personnel in the Torrance manufacturing and fuel fabrication environment.
• Maintain traceability, build records, material records, process verification documentation, and objective evidence.
• Process production-related nonconformances, including documentation, classification, assignment, and follow-up.
• Track CAPAs and quality actions through verified closure across Production, Operations Quality, and Engineering.
• Prepare production records for internal and external audits and coordinate responses to findings.
• Identify recurring workflow gaps and provide improvement feedback to quality and continuous improvement stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in an active production environment.
• Ability to understand production process connections, data flows, and downstream impacts.
• Comfort working across Production, Operations, Quality, and Engineering without formal authority.
• Ability to prioritize changing work, ask clear questions, and follow up persistently.
• Experience working with digital systems, databases, tracking tools, and structured documentation workflows.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
