Salary: $85,000–$125,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead Production Coaches and manufacturing operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee involvement.
• Optimize production schedules, labor allocation, capacity, and material requirements.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement through 6S, Gemba walks, standard work, Kaizen, and waste elimination.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of manufacturing experience, or an associate degree and 9 years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and 12 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and problem-solving techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work onsite in Blacksburg, Virginia.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.
