Engineer II - Facilities

What you will do

• Schedule, perform, and document preventive maintenance for HVAC units, air compressors, DI water systems, and other facilities equipment.
• Complete building maintenance and repairs, including painting, electrical work, flooring, ceiling tiles, lighting, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Create process documentation, work instructions, and preventive maintenance schedules for the Quality Management System.
• Manage facilities projects, install required equipment, and ensure operational readiness.
• Track project status, supplier meetings, initiatives, and issues while supporting the production equipment maintenance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or an equivalent discipline, with 2.5–5 years of experience.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or as a facilities/service technician.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with hazardous material identification and handling and demonstrated preventive maintenance experience.
• Computer literacy, strong time management, initiative, attention to detail, and effective written and oral communication.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under 8 USC 1324b(a)(3) due to US export-control requirements.
