Maintenance Tech II

Location: Fulfillment center sites in Wilkes-Barre, Pittston, and Jessup, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite work required

What you will do

• Perform facility maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, plumbing, metal fabrication, and carpentry.
• Inspect and maintain conveyor systems, shipping equipment, packing equipment, and other fulfillment center machinery.
• Diagnose, test, and repair mechanical and electrical components, circuits, motors, and control systems.
• Complete preventive and general maintenance tasks, repair orders, and parts usage records.
• Maintain equipment accountability and support a safe, reliable working environment.
• Communicate maintenance opportunities, make sound decisions under pressure, and train other team members.

Requirements

• At least 36 months of previous facility maintenance experience.
• Electrical experience and knowledge of 24V AC/DC, 120V, and 277V–480V power and control circuits.
• Experience with conveyor mechanical systems, VFD motor controllers, motor starters, control cabinets, and PLC inputs/outputs or programming.
• Advanced HVAC knowledge or experience, plus familiarity with fire systems, fire alarms, and electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing schematics.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, work at elevations up to 35 feet, and frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn.
• Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
