What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, plumbing systems, plant equipment, pumps, and motors.
• Maintain HVAC, boiler, fire alarm, security, and phone systems as required.
• Perform interior and exterior facility maintenance, including flooring, drywall, painting, parking areas, landscaping, and building repairs.
• Handle paints, solvents, and hazardous materials, including storage and shipment.
• Maintain records and support deliveries, equipment movement, furniture assembly, and other facility tasks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous HVAC experience is required.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical trades, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with hazardous waste storage and handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice to have

• Formal training in electrical and mechanical trades.
• EPA certification.
