Senior Oracle HCM Developer (HR Data)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance Oracle HCM modules while maintaining performance and data integrity.
• Analyze HR business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently using a strong understanding of HR data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver features.
• Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and follow quality standards.
• Support data migration and integration initiatives and propose improvements based on new Oracle HCM developments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data models.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical issues independently.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of SQL queries and data structures.
• French at C1 level.
