Senior Oracle HCM Developer – HR Systems Specialist (Oracle HCM)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal — hybrid. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Develop, customize, and optimize Oracle HCM modules for client-specific HR requirements.
• Analyze HR data models and processes to design scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently and maintain system stability and performance.
• Collaborate in Agile teams on iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Support integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and document configurations.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data modeling.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• French at C1 level or higher and English at B2 level or higher.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of SQL, including query writing and data structures.
