Procurement & Sourcing Manager (AI)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end negotiations for new vendors and renewals across cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS.
• Structure commercial terms covering renewal caps, usage and true-up mechanics, ramp schedules, termination rights, and auto-renewal protections.
• Run competitive sourcing, develop vendor-selection business cases, and identify consolidation opportunities.
• Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for proposal comparison, price benchmarking, contract redlining, and negotiation preparation.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, InfoSec, and senior leadership to evaluate vendors and approve procurement requests.
• Act as the primary vendor contact for contractual matters and escalate vendor-related issues across the company.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or direct vendor negotiation experience, ideally in a high-growth technology or fintech company.
• Experience negotiating six- and seven-figure software, SaaS, or cloud agreements and securing terms beyond price.
• Understanding of MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SOWs, licensing models, and contract markups in collaboration with Legal.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as LLM assistants and agents.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
