Manager, Global Procurement (Technology)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across software/SaaS, cloud, data and analytics, cybersecurity, hardware, telecommunications, and technology professional services.
• Advise business and technology leaders on supplier, investment, and operating-model decisions.
• Run RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology teams on commercial and risk matters.
• Develop total-cost-of-ownership analyses, business cases, savings models, and executive recommendations.
• Manage supplier due diligence, technology agreements, contract documentation, governance practices, and savings initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, including technology categories.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations for technology products and services.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the New York office at least three days per week is expected.
